A Lot Like Having a Life

I'm watching A Lot Like Love. It's cute so far.

Anyway, today I watched The Other Guys and it was horrible.  I like Mark Wahlberg and so liked the movie, but I didn't see the point in it as a whole. I'm sad I spent the $8.50. Oh well. I tried to have fun! I ate a whole lot of chocolate ( it was two for $1 so I bought four...and a bag of hot cheetos and a yahoo.)
Marc Tries Hot Cheetos For the First Time
So yesterday, I went to my internship and was sequestered away from the world.  I did some fact checking and now know that vote411.org is just about the coolest thing in the voting world! I did various odd jobs like that the entire day.  Then I took a lunch break at 1 oclock, went to subway, spent 6.88 on a sub. I tried to go to the bathroom and it was LOCKED! boooooo. I then read my book and ate by myself.  Then I went back and tried to stay awake because I was tired, but it was a good day over all.  Then I was walking and I realized that I like being a student, not so much working, I could not imagine doing that five days a week, every week, for years.  Being a student is cool, and I enjoy learning.  Or maybe I just don't want to have a job.  When I worked at Half Price Books, that was cool, 40 hours a week for almost two months and I enjoyed it, but I couldn't help feeling I was on the brink of doing something more.  I want to change lives, be involved in the struggle to make this world a better place.  I know I am being a bit lofty and dreamy, but I really couldn't see myself in an office or in retail, I like human interaction too much and I like knowing I am making an active difference.
Half My Class

That was yesterday! Today, I went to class, was awake, and then went to a lecture and was asleep...my eyes would not stay awake.  But then it ended and we were fed. And we managed to postpone a class meeting so that was quite awesome.  Then I took a nap, and that was delicious. I like sleep.

Then we went to a 7:50 showing to The Other Guys.  Not sure why I watched it.  But Amalee and Marc made it fun.

Well, that was my night/day and now I should go to sleep and/or do my homework.  Sleep I think. And brush my teeth.

Okidokie...peace and love people!

Oh! Might I add that we were in Georgetown today and it was a lovely day! Oh my goodness, it was quite fabulous to be outside!  k thats all. Byyyyyeeeeee!

I just bought that shirt...
